CUSTOM NEON SIGN INFORMATION
POWER & INSTALLATION
Most of our signs run on safe 12 V low-voltage power, cool to touch and super efficient.
You’ll receive:
- A plug-in power supply with 2m cord
- A remote dimmer control
Mounting kit suited to your chosen style
Indoor signs plug into a standard power point.
Outdoor signs are sealed (IP65 rated) and ready for the elements.
This rating protects against water projected from a nozzle in any direction.
This can withstand water jets and heavy rain, but not complete immersion.
This makes it suitable for outdoor use and industrial washdown applications, such as in factories.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Every sign is handmade from scratch in our Sunshine Coast factory.
- Production time: approx. 1-2 weeks after artwork approval
- Rush orders: available on request (fees apply)
- Shipping: Australia-wide via insured courier or pickup from Warana
Each sign is tested and packed ready to plug in and glow straight away.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
Our neons use 2nd-generation LED technology — meaning they’re repairable (not throw-away).

- Repairs handled locally in our Sunshine Coast workshop
If something goes wrong, just contact us — we’ll get you back glowing fast.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship Australia-wide using trusted couriers with tracking and insurance.
Because each sign is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, but if your sign arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace it straight away.
Just email us with photos within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged packaging and or product will need to be provided.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep your neon looking its bright best:
- Wipe occasionally with a soft, dry lint free cloth.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives on the acrylic.
- Indoor signs should stay dry — if you need outdoor use, order our IP-rated version.
- Don’t coil the power cord tightly or bend the neon tubing.
