Shipping policy

Every Neon Lady sign is made to order in our Warana workshop on the Sunshine Coast and sent safely across Australia. Here's how shipping works.

• Shipping costs: Standard shipping is free on orders of $299 or more. Orders under $299 have a flat $30 shipping fee. If you need express shipping, get in touch and we'll give you a price.
• Processing time: We start your order within 48 hours of you approving your design, and most orders are sent within 7 business days of approval. If it's urgent, let us know in the notes at checkout and we'll always do our best.
• Couriers and tracking: We send orders with trusted couriers, including Australia Post, TNT and Couriers Please. You'll get an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
• Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they're sent. Remote areas can take longer.
• Sign sizes: We send signs up to 120 cm x 60 cm anywhere in Australia by tracked courier. Bigger signs can be picked up from our Warana showroom, or we can arrange local delivery. Signs over 240 cm are made in sections.
• Showroom pickup: You're welcome to pick up your order from our showroom at Unit 6, 3 Dual Ave, Warana, between 8 am and 3 pm, Monday to Thursday. Please call first on 0492 510 747 so we can make sure someone's here. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready.
• International shipping: At the moment we only ship within Australia.
