At The Neon Lady, we are committed to delivering your custom neon signs safely and swiftly across Australia. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Shipping Methods: We partner with leading couriers, including Australia Post, TNT, and Courier Please, to ensure your order arrives on time. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Our standard processing time for orders is 7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Showroom Pickup: For your convenience, we offer a pickup option at our showroom located at 3/3 Dual Ave, Warana. Our showroom is open for pickups from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Thursday. If you choose this option, we will contact you to advise when your order is ready for collection.

  • Shipping Rates: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. If you require express shipping, please contact us for more information and rates.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We hope to expand our services internationally in the future.
