The Neon Lady Birthday Month Giveaways, October 2026
It's my birthday month, and these are the presents. Here's how the giveaways work, in plain English.
1. Who's running it
The giveaways are run by The Trustee for the MRS Robinson Family Trust, trading as The Neon Lady (ABN 37 841 175 002), 3/3 Dual Ave, Warana QLD 4575. Questions? Email hello@theneonlady.com.au or call 0492 510 747.
2. The four giveaways
There are four separate giveaways. Each one has its own prize, its own entry question and its own closing time. All times are Queensland time (AEST).

| Present 4: Living the Dream | Saturday 24 October 2026 | Friday 30 October 2026, 5pm | Our "Living the Dream" neon in two colours the winner chooses, on a clear or black backing. Value $900. |
| Present 5: Your next celebration | Saturday 31 October 2026 | Friday 6 November 2026, 5pm | A Happy Birthday neon (700 mm wide), or a milestone number neon such as 18, 21 or 30 instead, in the colour the winner chooses. Value up to $700. |
Each giveaway opens when that week's email and social media posts go out on the Saturday morning.
3. Who can enter
You must live in Australia and be 18 or over. Our team and their immediate families can't enter.
4. How to enter
You can enter each giveaway in any one of three ways.
On Instagram: follow @theneonladysunnycoast, like that week's giveaway post, and comment on it with your answer to that week's question. You're welcome to tag friends, and for Present 3 you can tag the couple you're nominating, but tagging isn't required to enter.
On Facebook: follow The Neon Lady page, like that week's giveaway post, and comment on it with your answer to that week's question. Tagging isn't required to enter.
By email: reply to that week's giveaway email from The Neon Lady with your answer to the question in it.
Your entry must be received before that giveaway closes. One entry per person per giveaway. If you enter more than once, we'll judge your first entry. You can enter as many of the four giveaways as you like.
5. How the winner is picked
This is a game of skill, not a lucky draw. Chance plays no part. After each giveaway closes, Sharon Robinson (Shaz) will read every eligible entry and pick the one she loves most, judged on how creative, heartfelt or fun the answer is. Her decision is final and we can't enter into discussion about it.
The winner will be picked by the Saturday after the giveaway closes.
6. Telling the winner
We'll contact the winner by Instagram message, Facebook message or email, and announce them by first name on Instagram and Facebook and, for Presents 2 to 4, in the following week's email.
We'll only ever contact winners from @theneonladysunnycoast on Instagram, The Neon Lady page on Facebook, or hello@theneonlady.com.au. We'll never ask you for a payment, a password or your bank details to claim a prize. If someone else messages you saying you've won, it isn't us.
If the winner doesn't reply within 7 days of us contacting them, or can't be contacted, we'll award that prize to the next best entry.
7. The prizes
Each prize is made to order by hand in our Warana workshop, from the details the winner gives us. We'll send a mockup to approve before we make it. We'll post it free anywhere in Australia, or the winner can pick it up from our showroom. Prizes are usually ready within 4 weeks of the mockup being approved.
For Present 3, the prize goes to the person whose entry wins, made with the name of the couple they nominated.
Prizes can't be swapped for cash or a different product, except the choices listed in section 2. Prize values are our usual retail prices including GST. If something outside our control means we can't supply a prize as described, we'll offer one of equal or greater value.
8. Using your entry
By entering, you agree we can share the winner's first name, their winning answer and photos of the finished prize on our website, socials and emails. We'll ask before we share any photo of the winner themselves.
9. Your privacy
We'll only use the details you give us to run these giveaways and contact the winners. Email entrants who are already on our list stay on it, and you can unsubscribe any time. We never sell your details. Read our privacy policy.
10. Instagram, Facebook and Meta
These giveaways aren't sponsored, endorsed or run by, or connected with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering on Instagram or Facebook you also agree to their own terms.
11. The fine print
We can disqualify entries that are offensive, copied, made with fake accounts, or that try to get around these terms. If something beyond our control stops a giveaway running fairly (for example a technical problem or fraud), we may change, pause or cancel it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
