Russell & Shaz: Builder & Designer
Shaz is the creative mind. She takes your idea, designs your sign and makes sure it looks exactly how you pictured it. Russell brings her designs to life, building every sign by hand in our Warana workshop. One's the boss, and the other does what he's told.
Andy: The Maker & Machine Master
Andy runs the machines that make the magic happen. From cutting acrylic backings to wiring precision LEDs, he’s the guy behind the scenes keeping things smooth, sharp, and flawless.
Harley: The Boss Dog & Quality Control Expert
No project leaves the workshop without Harley’s paw of approval. This little Westie takes his role seriously. He’s always onsite, overseeing production, greeting visitors, and keeping the team’s spirits high. If there’s a comfy spot in the sun or a sign to inspect, Harley’s on it.
