What comes with my sign?
Your sign runs on safe 12V low-voltage power, so it stays cool to touch and uses very little power. It comes with a plug-in power supply with a 2 m cord, a remote dimmer, and the mounting you picked (standoffs or hanging wires).
Indoor signs plug into a normal power point. Outdoor signs are sealed to IP65, so they handle heavy rain and a hose down (just not being underwater).
Do you install it?
We don't install, but you won't need us. Your sign arrives tested and ready to hang with the mounting you chose, and it plugs straight into a power point.
How long will it take?
Most signs are made and sent within 1-2 weeks of you approving your mockup. Need it sooner? Let us know in the order notes and we'll do our best (rush fees may apply).
How big can you send?
We ship signs up to 120 cm x 60 cm Australia-wide by insured, tracked courier. Bigger signs are pickup from Warana or local delivery, and anything over 240 cm comes in sections.
Shipping is free on orders over $299, and a flat $30 under that.
What's the warranty?
You get a 3-year warranty on materials and a 3-year guarantee on our workmanship. Our Gen-2 LED neon is repairable, not throw-away, and repairs are done here in our Warana workshop. If something's not right, get in touch and we'll get you glowing again.
Where are your signs made?
Every sign is designed and built by hand in our Warana workshop on the Sunshine Coast by our small family team. Pop into the showroom to see the colours, backings and mounting options in person (and meet Harley the Boss Dog).
Can I return it?
Each sign is made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we'll repair or replace it. Just email us photos of the sign and the packaging within 3 days of delivery.
How do I look after it?
- Wipe it now and then with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- No harsh chemicals or scourers on the acrylic.
- Keep indoor signs dry. For outside, order the outdoor version.
- Don't coil the power cord tightly or bend the neon.
